Education

Hope Garden, along with our partner FCA, is dedicated to enhancing education for all children with a special focus on The Beacon School in Grand Bahama. A K-12 school that serves 135 students, all with special needs.

Each child receives individualized and modified instruction designed to support their unique learning journey. In addition to academic development, the school offers vocational training, aimed at promoting independence and practical life skills.

As enrolment grows annually, Hope Garden is committed to supporting a much-needed expansion of the school’s facilities to ensure every child has the space and resources they need

to thrive. Efforts also extend to assisting local preschools, laying a strong educational foundation from the earliest stages.

Hope Garden is also very much devoted to the continued operations and sustainability of the Grand Bahama Children’s Home. By coming alongside the administration and staff of the home, we look forward to offering new ideas, educational training, and other supports as needed. We will continue to strengthen our relationships with the staff and the children to offer love and share HOPE in what is surely a difficult situation, but heartwarming home for these children.
